Compact Flash disks offer the benefit of low power consumption, low operating, no acoustic noise, shock resistance, and fast read access time.

The CF to SATA Adapter is transparent to the operating system and does not require and drivers. With this adapter, the host PC will identify the inserted Compact Flash as a standard SATA hardisk (i.e With cylinders, heads and sectors). As such, you can install any operating systems and the compact flash card is bootable.
